nJob Summary:
nWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Staffing to drive client acquisition and business growth across India and APAC markets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT staffing solutions, GCC business development, contract staffing, permanent staffing, and enterprise client acquisition.
nThe candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, expanding staffing partnerships, and driving revenue growth across India and APAC regions.

Drive current client acquisition across India and APAC markets for IT staffing and workforce solutions.n
Identify and develop relationships with:n

Build and manage a robust pipeline of staffing opportunities through networking, market research, referrals, and industry connects.n
Drive business development for:n
Contract Staffingn
Permanent Staffingn
Workforce Solutionsn
RPO / Recruitment Solutionsn
Identify GCC expansion opportunities and establish long-term staffing partnerships.n
Engage with senior stakeholders including HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, and Procurement teams.n
Lead client discussions, commercial negotiations, rate card discussions, MSA agreements, and vendor onboarding.n
Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements.n
Manage sales forecasts, prospect tracking, and revenue targets.n
Develop account growth strategies and expand existing client relationships.n
