nBackstage Pass Institute of Gaming and Technology is seeking a talented and experienced 3D Art Mentor to train and mentor aspiring game artists. The ideal candidate will possess strong artistic fundamentals, expertise in industry-standard 3D art pipelines, and a passion for teaching students how to create high-quality assets for games and interactive media.

nKey Responsibilities-

Conduct engaging sessions on 3D game art and asset creation.n
Mentor students on projects, assignments, and portfolio development.n
Guide students through the complete game art production pipeline.n
Evaluate assignments, projects, and practical assessments.n
Develop learning materials and ensure students are equipped with industry-relevant skills.n
Stay updated with current game art trends, tools, and workflows.n

nRequirements-

3–6 years of experience as a 3D Game Artist, Workplace Artist, Character Artist, or Technical Artist.n
Solid understanding of the game art production pipeline and real-time asset creation.n
Experience creating optimized assets for games.n
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.n
A robust portfolio showcasing game-ready 3D artwork.n
