Role: Business Manager - Sales

nAs a Business Manager - Sales, you will be required to own the sales funnel & drive sales closure. You will need to achieve sales targets on projects month on month through a team of 6 to 10 designers.
nWhat You’ll Own

Ensure sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate outputn
Target and achieve 12 to 15 projects a month, by ensuring recent project bookings.n
Responsible for Customer Experience & Relationship Management.n
Training designers to ensure sales & enabling them to achieve their targetsn

nWhat We’re Looking For

Bachelor's Qualification in B-Arch, B-Tech, Commerce, Master's/ any Specialization / MBA Tier 2n
4+ years of work experience in Business Development and Growth.n
3+ years of experience in B2C Sales.n
Robust communication and presentation skillsn
High ownership mindset with comfort in target-driven environments.n
