Support batch records, logbooks, and manufacturing documentation.n

Monitor Shop Floor Activitiesn
Participate in daily production reviews and understand workflow management.n
Learn Equipment Operationsn
Observe equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and maintenance activities.n
Understand the importance of qualified equipment.n
Support Line Clearance Activitiesn




Learn how production areas are checked before starting a recent batch to prevent mix-ups.n
Participate in Safety and EHS Activitiesn
Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and emergency response processes.n
Understand Deviation Reportingn
Learn how manufacturing issues, deviations, and incidents are documented and investigated.n
Assist in Production Data Analysisn
Support collection and review of manufacturing metrics such as yield, downtime, and productivity.n
Learn Cross-Functional Coordinationn
Work with Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain teams.n
Understand how departments collaborate to deliver products.n
Participate in Continuous Improvement Projectsn
