Job Description
Handle billions in daily settlements, drive operational excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.
Lead settlement transformation initiatives by leveraging predictive analytics to reduce settlement fails, evaluating DLT/blockchain solutions, and driving industry-wide programs such as T+1 settlement adoption.
Drive operational excellence through cost optimization, risk mitigation, process improvement, and strategic stakeholder management across Trading, Risk, Compliance, Custodians, CSDs, and regulators.
Direct a global team, drive technology transformation, manage risk and regulatory frameworks.
The Successful Applicant
15+ years of experience in investment banking or financial services.
Deep understanding of securities settlement processes and market infrastructure.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Understanding of global markets and financial instruments.
Settlement systems and platforms expertise.
Understanding of STP (Straight Through Processing)
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
