We are looking for an experienced Service Now HAM-SAM Architect with robust expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) .

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and architect Service Now HAM and SAM solutions.
- Configure and customize Service Now modules based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations.
- Work extensively with Java Script for Service Now customization and development.
- Configure HAM/SAM lifecycle processes, asset management, software licensing, and compliance.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable Service Now technical solutions.
- Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Workflows/Flows .
- Integrate Service Now HAM/SAM with other enterprise systems where required.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing Service Now implementations.
- Follow Service Now best practices while minimizing unnecessary customizations.
- Collaborate with functional teams,
architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of relevant Service Now experience .
- Strong hands-on experience in Service Now HAM and SAM .
- Excellent knowledge of Service Now customization .
- Strong Java Script development skills.
- Experience with Service Now scripting and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, workflows, integrations, and data models.
- Ability to independently analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
