Required Qualifications

- B.E. / B. Tech / M.C.A. or equivalent.
- 2–5 years full-stack development experience (frontend + backend).
- Hands-on React.js (or Angular/Vue) component architecture, state management, hooks.
- Strong HTML5, CSS3, Java Script/Type Script skills; responsive UI design.
- Hands-on Java + Spring Boot (MVC, JDBC, Cloud) and REST/SOAP API design.
- Experience with GCP or equivalent; cloud-native development.
- Practical experience with at least one AI-native coding tool (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf) and quick adaptability to new tools.
- Working knowledge of context/token optimization techniques.
- Understanding of AI/LLM integration concepts.
- Testing experience: Unit, integration, regression, load (JUnit, Jest, Selenium).




- Familiarity with code quality tools (Sonar Qube, Checkmarx, 42Crunch).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Git Hub, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle).
- Comfortable with Slack, IntelliJ, VS Code, Figma.

Skills Preferred:

Full Stack Engineer (AI-Augmented)

Exp: Prac. in full-stack dev (web/backend/mobile) working knowledge in 2+ areas

- 6+ years in IT/software development
- Hands-on exp. w/ React.js / contemporary JS frontend frameworks (React preferred; Angular/Vue acceptable)
- Hands-on exp. w/ Java + Spring Boot (MVC, JDBC, Cloud) for backend/APIs
