Experience

✔ 7–10 years of Service Now experience (Senior profiles only)

Mandatory Skills

✅ Robust experience in designing, developing, and deploying Service Now applications

✅ Custom Application Development

✅ Service Catalog development

✅ Service Now Architecture Design

✅ Enterprise Integrations

✅ Java Script, Glide API, AngularJS, HTML, CSS

✅ Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, Sec Ops, CSM

✅ CI/CD, Dev Ops, Agile/Scrum

Certifications (Minimum One Required)

✔ Service Now CSA (Mandatory)

✔ CAD

✔ CIS (Preferred)
