We are looking for a highly skilled Service Now Specialist with handson experience in ITSM modules, Integrations, and Virtual Agent / Conversational AI. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing solutions, implementing workflows, integrating 3rdparty systems, and configuring conversational experiences using Service Now Virtual Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Now ITSM

Configure & customize core ITSM applications:

Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge

Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.

Implement SLAs, notifications, service catalogue items, and request workflows.

Improve process automation and drive ITILaligned practices.





Troubleshoot ITSM defects and optimize performance.

Service Now Integrations

Design and build integrations using REST APIs / SOAP

MID Server-based integrations

Integration Hub / Spokes

Integrate Service Now with 3rdparty tools

Build Scripted REST APIs, transform maps, and data loads.

Troubleshoot integration failures and ensure secure API communication.

Service Now Virtual Agent (VA)

Design and configure VA Topics using Topic Designer.

Build conversational flows using:

Decision trees

Script steps

Natural Language Understanding (NLU)

Train and optimize NLU intents, utterances, entities.

Align VA topics with ITSM processes for automation
