The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a small team of developers, designing scalable and high-performance applications, reviewing code, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring timely delivery of product enhancements and customer implementations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on Java development experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and exposure to enterprise-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java technologies.
- Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and solution reviews.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Work closely with Product Management, QA, Dev Ops, and Delivery teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and performance issues.
- Contribute to application scalability, security, and performance optimization initiatives.

Technical Skills Required

- Strong hands-on experience in Java 8/11+,, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA




- Hands-on experience in multithreading and concurrency, Collections Framework, JVM internals and performance tuning
- Valuable understanding of Microservices Architecture and REST API development
- Experience with Oracle Database , SQL, Query optimization and performance tuning
- Familiarity with IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) will be an advantage
