Recommendation Systems Nn Design and optimize personalized recommendation engines (collaborative filtering, content-based, hybrid models) N Build real-time and batch recommendation pipelines for playlists, songs, and content discovery N Improve CTR, session time, and content consumption through personalization Nn2. Search & Ranking Nn Develop and enhance search relevance and ranking algorithms N Work on query understanding, typo correction, intent detection, and semantic search etc N Optimize search-to-playconversion and reduce zero-result scenarios Nn3. Predictive Modelling Nn Build models for Churn prediction, User lifetime value (LTV), Conversion propensity, Cohort Management N Drive proactive interventions using predictions Nn4. Experimentation& Optimization Nn Design and run A/B tests and multivariate experiments N Measure impact using key metrics N Translate data insightsinto product and growth strategies Nn5.



Data & ML Infrastructure Nn Work with large-scale datasets to build scalable ML pipelines N Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models N Monitor model performance and continuously iterate NnRequired Qualifications Nn 7+ years of work experience with Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field N Hands-on experience with Recommendation systems, Search ranking (Elasticsearch, vector search, embeddings) N Predictive modeling techniques N Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Statistics & probability, Feature engineering & model evaluation N Strong proficiency in Python & SQL N Experience with data visualization tools N Experience with SQL andlarge-scale data systems (BigQuery, Spark, etc.) N Familiarity with real-time data processing N Exposure to MLOps and deployment pipelines NnKey Competencies Nn Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking N Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders N High attention to detail and data accuracy N Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams N
