This role involves leading a team, ensuring compliance with credit guidelines, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards across all loan files. NKey Responsibilitiesn1. Credit Review & Documentation Nn Review loan applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with credit and program guidelines N Collect, validate, and organize borrower documentation such as financial statements, tax returns, ownership records, and insurance papers N Identify and reconcile inconsistencies across documents (e.G., ownership details, revenue figures, entity names, and addresses), escalating discrepancies when required N Prepare loan files for underwriting submission and closing using standardized checklists and quality control measures Nn2. Team Leadership Nn Lead, mentor, andmanage a team of loan processing and origination specialists N Set clear performance expectations and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality output N Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment Nn3. Loan Origination & Processing Nn Oversee the end-to-end loan origination and processing lifecycle N Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and credit guidelines N Monitor loan pipelines,identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain turnaround times Nn4. Stakeholder Collaboration Nn Coordinate with Sales, Underwriting,



and Closing teams to address documentation gaps and ensure smooth file progression N Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on credit operations matters Nn5. Compliance & Quality Assurance Nn Ensure all loan documentation meets regulatory and internal compliance standards N Stay updated with industry trends, lending laws, and regulatory changes N Partner with complianceteams to maintain adherence to policies and procedures Nn6. Reporting & Performance Management Nn Track team performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management N Analyze operational data to identify improvement areas and implement process enhancements Nn7. Customer Experience Nn Ensure a seamlessborrower experience by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly N Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the loan lifecycle Nn8. Systems & Record Management Nn Maintain accuraterecords, updates, and notes in CRM and Loan Origination Systems (LOS) N Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness at all times Nn9. Training & Development Nn Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new hires N Drive continuous learning and skill development within the team through coaching and knowledge sharing NnQualifications & Skills Nn Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit Operations, Loan Origination, Processing, and Documentation N Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader (official designation/on papers is mandatory) N Willingness to work Night Shifts (US Shift) and Work From Office (WFO) N Robust understanding oflending practices, credit policies, and compliance requirements N Proven experience in team leadership and people management N Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills N Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities N Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment N
