The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in infrastructure, networking, Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, security technologies, and customer-facing solution implementation. NTechnical Skills – Mandatory Nn Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Client Operating Systems N Hands-on experience in Network/System Administration N Strong understanding ofActive Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), User Profiling & Remote Desktop Services (RDS) N Positive understanding of Linux OS and fundamentals N Strong networking knowledge with experience in troubleshooting and monitoring tools such as Wireshark, Process Monitor, Nmap, DebugView, etc. N Experience in Infrastructure Design N Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: N VDI / Desktop Virtualization N Application Virtualization N Load Balancingn VPN, Proxy & Firewalls N Secure Gateway technologies N VPN / MFA / IAM / ZTNA NnGood to Haven N Cloud management experience N Experience working withan OEM/Product company in Support, Implementation, or Pre-Sales N Scripting knowledge in Bash/Shell and PowerShell N Knowledge of Accops / Citrix / VMware products NnKey Responsibilities Nn Coordinate with customers to design,



deploy and roll out Accops solution suites as per the agreed Statement of Work (SoW) N Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders N Drive effective 360-degree communication throughout project execution N Manage and coordinate SoW changes with customers and Product Engineering teams N Drive projects from implementation through rollout and completion, ensuring project objectives and success criteria are achieved N Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously N Plan project execution,track progress and ensure timely reporting and delivery N Collaborate with and mentor the implementation team by sharing technical knowledge and best practices N Work closely with the Product Management team to suggest product improvements, new features and enhancements N Willingness to travel to client locations as required NnSoft Skillsn N Strong verbal and written communication N Excellent articulation and solution-designing skills N Proactive and self-motivated approach N Strong analytical and logical thinking N High sense of ownershipand accountability N Strong team player witha collaborative mindset N Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing requirements N Robust multi-tasking and project management capabilities N
