Job Description N Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L; and Balance Sheet N Manage GL, reconciliations and month-end closing N Oversee payroll, superannuation, BAS and IAS requirements N Manage year-end financial statements N Monitor WIP, debtors, collections, realisation & recovery N Analyse profitability by Principal and service line N Prepare monthly financial dashboards for Principals N Manage cash-flow forecasting and working capital N Lead annual budgeting and forecasting N Analyse actual vs. budget and prepare scenario modelling N Maintain and optimise Xero & Xero Practice Manager (XPM) N Improve billing, WIP and expense-control processes N Drive automation, AI and digital finance initiatives N Maintain solid financial controls and compliance N
