NRole OverviewnAs an ERP Finance Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to support, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Yardi. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, resolving functional issues, supporting finance operations, and delivering solutions that improve efficiency and financial visibility. NThe ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of finance processes, ERP systems, and client-facing consulting experience. NKey ResponsibilitiesnERP Functional Support Nn Provide day-to-day functional support for ERP Finance applications. N Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported issues. N Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and change requests. N Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while adhering to defined SLAs. N Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive solutions. NnFinance Process Expertise NSupport and advise clients on: Nn Accounts Receivable (AR) N Accounts Payable (AP) N General Ledger (GL) N Fixed Assetsn Cash & Bank Management N Financial Reporting N Period-End and Year-EndClose Processes N Budgeting and Forecasting N Intercompany Transactions N Tax and Compliance Processes NnConfiguration & Administration Nn Configure financeworkflows and approval hierarchies. N Support chart of accounts setup and maintenance. N Configure financial controls and business rules. N Assist with ERP module setup, enhancements, and optimization.



N Support security roles and user access management. NnIntegration Support Nn Work with technical teams to support integrations between ERP and third-party applications. N Troubleshoot data flow issues between systems. N Assist in integration testing and validation. N Ensure data consistencyacross platforms. NnClient Consulting & Advisory Nn Understand clientbusiness requirements and translate them into ERP solutions. N Conduct requirement gathering workshops and solution discussions. N Recommend best practices for finance operations and ERP utilization. N Provide process improvement and automation recommendations. NnReporting & Analytics Nn Support standard and custom financial reports. N Assist users in report generation and data analysis. N Validate financial dataand reporting accuracy. N Work with BI and reporting tools where applicable. NnDocumentation & Training Nn Develop SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge base articles. N Conduct end-user training sessions. N Create functional specifications and test scenarios. N Support User AcceptanceTesting (UAT) activities. NnRequired Skills & Experience NFunctional Expertisen N 3 to 6 years of ERP Finance consulting or support experience. N Strong understanding of: N Accounts Receivable (AR) N Accounts Payable (AP) N General Ledger (GL) N Financial Accounting N Procure-to-Pay (P2P) N Order-to-Cash (O2C) N Record-to-Report (R2R) N Experience supporting finance business users and stakeholders. NnERP ExperiencenExperience with one or more ERP platforms such as: Nn SAP S/4HANAn SAP ECC N Oracle Financialsn Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP N Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance N Infor ERPn Yardi Voyager (Preferred) NnSupport Experience Nn Experience working in helpdesk or managed services environments. N Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-driven support models.



N Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests effectively. NnTechnical Awareness Nn Understanding of ERP integrations and APIs. N Familiarity with SQL and data analysis. N Exposure to reporting and BI tools. N Understanding of data migration and system interfaces. NnPreferred Qualifications Nn Experience supporting global clients across multiple geographies. N Exposure to ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects. N Experience with workflow automation and approval frameworks. N Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting platforms. N Professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountants, CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or equivalent are advantageous. NnSoft Skillsn N Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
