NKEY RESPONSIBILITIESn N Define and own the retail and digital commerce technology roadmap to support scaling from 12 to 51 stores N Select and implement POS and store-management systems that scale across a rapidly growing network N Build or upgrade the e-commerce platform and mobile app for a seamless omnichannel journey N Implement CRM and loyalty systems suited to a high-trust, high-value jewellery brand N Build commerce data infrastructure and analytics to support merchandising and expansion decisions N Partner with the Head of IT on integration with core ERP, infrastructure,
