Job DescriptionJob description: N2+ Years ExpnKey Responsibilities Nn Develop, program,and troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Omron, etc.) using Structured Text (ST) and Function Block (FB) languages. N Design and develop SCADA/HMI applications with integration to MS Access or SQL databases for reporting and data logging. N Configure, test, debug,and optimize machine automation sequences and control logic. N Integrate, configure, and troubleshoot servo drives, servo motors, and motion control systems (e.G., Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens). N Work with and commission field sensors such as proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, encoders, and vision systems. N Perform system testing,commissioning, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test),



and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) at customer sites. N Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues in automation systems, including PLCs, drives, and field devices. N Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and operation manuals. N Collaborate with electrical and software design teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution. N B.E. / B.Tech / Diplomain Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields. N Pan India Customer SiteSupport & Travel N 2 years of experience as Automation Engineer. N
