N Understand customer needs and recommend suitable AMC cookware solution. N Provide demonstrations of AMC products and explain features, benefits, and usage. N Make product related and recipe videos and post it on AMC SoMe handles. NnSales Supportn N Assist customers with product selection, pricing, offers, and payment procedures. N Upsell and cross-sell AMC accessories and related products. N Maintain updated knowledge of ongoing promotions, discounts, and exchange offers. NnAfter-Sales Support Nn Handle customer service queries related to product use, care, and warranty. N Assist in the processing of returns, exchanges, or service requests. N Make tele service callsto all the new AMC customers to guide them in proper usage of Cookware. N Conduct Customer training classes for recent/old customers NnGenerate sales leads Nn Identify and target potential institutional clients such as corporate institutions,



cooking schools, and government institutions etc N Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals. NnSkills: Nn Strong communication and interpersonal skills. N Product demonstration and presentation skills. N Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
