Job DescriptionMandatory Skills NCloud Infrastructure,Cloud Operations Engineer,AWS,Cloud Administrator NWe are seeking a CloudOpsEngineer to ensure the stability, performance, and cost efficiency of our AWS Infrastructure. You will own incident management, lead troubleshooting of production issues, and drive continuous optimization across our cloud operations. This role requires hands-on technical expertise in AWS services, security vulnerability remediation, and the ability to communicate complex technical issues to stakeholders. You'll be instrumental in maintaining high availability and strengthening our security posture. NRoles & Responsibilities N1. Incident Management & Operations Nn Lead incident response; conduct RCA and implement preventive measures N Monitor AWS infrastructure 24/7 via CloudWatch; escalate and resolve issues N Maintain SLAs/SLOs; track and report uptime metrics to leadership Nn2. Infrastructure Management & Optimization Nn Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure (compute, networking, storage, databases) N Execute OS upgrades,



patches, and security updates on production systems N Optimize AWS costs; identify and implement rightsizing and savings opportunities Nn3. Security & Compliance Nn Manage vulnerability assessments using Qualys, CrowdStrike, or similar tools N Remediate security findings; ensure IAM policies andaccess controls are current N Support compliance audits and maintain security posture Nn4. Communication &Reporting; Nn Communicate technical issues clearly to management, engineering, and business stakeholders N Deliver incident reports, post-mortems, and optimization recommendations N Support cost analysis and savings tracking NnImportant: NShift Timings: 9 A.M – 6 P.M (Indian Standard Time). Work from office minimum 2 days/week. NFlexible to work in non-business hours to support resolution of critical issues to meet SLA/KPIs and support teams for major project/product launch.
