NRole Purpose: NTo support the R&D; team in preparing seasoning samples, managing raw materials, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring smooth lab operations. NKey Responsibilities:



Nn Sample Preparation N Prepare seasoning samples as per provided recipes N Ensure accurate weighing and mixing of ingredients N Maintain consistency across batches N Inventory Management N Track and manage raw material stock in the lab N Highlight low stock andsupport replenishment N Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials N Documentation & Systems N Update records in Salesforce and Excel N Maintain sample coding,labels, and traceability N Record trial details and maintain logs N Lab Managementn Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards N Organize lab materials,samples, and equipment N Support day-to-day R&D; activities and trials NnIdeal Candidate Profile: Nn B.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology or a related field N Freshers or up to 1 year of experience NnKey Skills Required: Nn Basic laboratory knowledge and measurement skills N High attention to detail and accuracy N Ability to follow recipes, instructions and processes precisely N Basic computer skills, including Excel and data entry N Organized, disciplined and reliable approach N Good time management and willingness to perform hands-on, repetitive tasks NnRole Focus Areas: Nn Accuracy in following recipes and instructions N Attention to detail andapproach to handling mistakes N Comfort with repetitive, hands-on laboratory/plant work N Basic understanding of hygiene and laboratory practices N Willingness to maintaindocumentation and manage basic inventory N Ability to work in a structured and disciplined setting N Learning attitude and willingness to support team operations N
