The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting for the US market, with a proven track record of hiring professionals across IT/ Engineering / State Clients / BFSI domains with solid proven experience with Direct clients on W2 NKey Responsibilitiesn N Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT / Engineering / State Clients requirements. N Work closely with Account Managers, Hiring Managers, and internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. N Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels. N Recruit for niche and specialized positions across IT / State Clients / Engineering domain like semiconductor, manufacturing etc. N Conduct candidate screening, technical/functional evaluations, compensation discussions, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.



N Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume US requirements. N Ensure timely and quality candidate submissions while maintaining solid candidate experience and recruitment quality standards. N Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to meet recruitment targets, SLAs, and client delivery expectations. N Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records within the ATS/VMS. NnIdeal Candidate Nn 2–6 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment, preferably with strong IT / State Clients / Engineering requirements with semiconductor domain experience. N Hands-on experience recruiting for US clients and US time zones. N Experience working withDirect Client on W2. N Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven US Staffing environment. N Excellent communicationskills and solid attention to detail. N Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal, or similar ATS/VMS platforms is preferred. N
