You will design, build, and troubleshoot Node.Js/JavaScript solutions, Nwork across relational and NoSQL databases, and support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes Nfor enterprise clients. This role suits someone comfortable moving between writing code, advising Nstakeholders, and resolving production issues under an ITSM framework (incident, problem, and Nchange management).nKey Responsibilities Nn Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.Js and JavaScript (ES6+). N Work directly with client/business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose technical Nnsolutions, and present recommendations. N
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models across relational (e.G., NPostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL (e.G., MongoDB) systems. N
- Support and improve ITSM processes — incident, problem, change, and request management — Nusing tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management. N
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root-cause analysis and driving permanent Nfixes.nn Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews. N Integrate third-party APIs and internal services; ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable Nnarchitecture.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, product, and support) across the delivery Nlifecycle.n
- Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles for support and client Nteams.n




- Mentor junior consultants/engineers and contribute to technical best practices within the team. NRequired Skills & Qualifications N
- 4-8 years of overall ITexperience, with strong hands-on expertise in Node.Js and NJavaScript/TypeScript. N
- Solid experience with at least one relational database (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) Nand exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.). N
- Working knowledge of ITSM frameworks/processes (ITIL preferred) and hands-on experience with Nan ITSM tool (ServiceNow,BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, or similar). Nn Experience building and consuming REST/GraphQL APIs. N Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. N Solid understanding ofsoftware design principles, debugging, and performance tuning. N Excellent communicationskills — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. N Experience in a client-facing or consulting role is strongly preferred. N Customer onboarding experience — guiding new clients through implementation and adoption. N Experience with any ETL(Extract, Transform, Load) tool or process. N System administration experience with popular SaaS products such as ServiceNow, Jira, or NnSalesforce.n N Proven ability to troubleshoot application performance and reliability issues. N Well versed with security best practices in the application operations space. N Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent Nnpractical experience). NGood to Havenn Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). N Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). N Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue). N ITIL Foundation certification. N Experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.G., Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace).
