Job DescriptionJob Description: - NProject Manager - Strategic Programs & Transformation NGurugram, India - Onsite NAI-enabled program delivery across Telecom, Vendor management and business operations NRole Overview: Nn We are seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to support strategic programs across Vendor Management, Telecom Operations, Revenue Operations, automation, and AI-enabled business transformation. N The role will convert priorities into structured execution plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain delivery discipline, and provide clear visibility to the Chief of Staff and leadership. N The position requires strong ownership, communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams without operating as a purely administrative PMO resource. NnKey Responsibilities: - NProgram Planning & Delivery: Nn Manage assigned strategic projects from initiation through execution, adoption, and closure. N Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and decision logs. N Coordinate workstreams across Vendor Management, Product, Technology, Finance, Billing, Revenue Operations, Procurement, and Operations. N Drive follow-through, remove execution blockers, and escalate material risks with clear options and recommendations. NnGovernance & Leadership Visibility Nn Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, governance calendars, and outcome-focused status reporting. N Prepare concise executive updates, decision papers, presentations, and meeting materials for leadership reviews. N Facilitate program forums, document decisions, assign ownership, and track actions through closure. N Ensure reporting reflects achieved outcomes, current risks, next milestones, and support required. Transformation,



Analytics & Adoption N Support initiatives involving AI, automation, workflow modernization, analytics, and process improvement. N Analyze business processes and operational data to identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities. N Coordinate business requirements, user readiness, testing, adoption, and change activities with relevant teams. N Measure delivery outcomes and capture lessons learned to improve future execution. NnRequired Qualifications: - Nn 6-8 years of experience in project management, program delivery, business transformation, telecom operations, vendor management, or a related field. N Demonstrated experiencecoordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and interdependent workstreams. N Strong capability in project planning, risk and issue management, governance, executive reporting, and action closure. N Ability to convert ambiguous priorities into structured plans, measurable milestones, and clear ownership. N Excellent written and verbal communication with confidence presenting concise updates to leadership. N Solid analytical, problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder management skills. N Working knowledge of project delivery methods and tools NnCertification is valued but not mandatory. NPreferred Qualifications: Nn Experience in telecom, technology, enterprise services, vendor ecosystems, revenue operations,



or commercial operations. N Exposure to digital transformation, workflow automation, business intelligence, data platforms, or AI-enabled initiatives. N Experience supporting change management, user adoption, process redesign, or benefits realization. N PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent practical delivery experience. NnAI Adaptability & Digital Mindset:- Nn Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled productivity tools, analytics, automation, and digital platforms to improve delivery, reporting, and decision-making. N Ability to identify practical AI or automation use cases, translate business needs into clear requirements, and partner with technology teams through implementation. N Curiosity and learning agility to evaluate emerging capabilities, test new ways of working, and support responsible adoption without requiring deep coding expertise. N Exposure to one or moreof the following is preferred: Generative AI, workflow automation, intelligent reporting, predictive analytics, process mining, or anomaly detection.
