The ideal candidate should have strong listening skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of medical terminology. NResponsibilitiesn N Work alongside healthcare providers to document patient encounters in real-time. N Manage and update patient health records in EMR systems. N Prepare clinical summaries, referrals, prior authorizations, and care coordination notes. N Perform care managementtasks such as appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient outreach. N Maintain confidentiality as per HIPAA compliance.



N Ensure accuracy and completeness in patient documentation. N Communicate effectivelywith providers for clarification when needed. NnRequired Skills Nn Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills. N Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, ICD/CPT codes. N Prior experience in Medical Scribing / US Healthcare preferred.
