We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Robust understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
