We are looking for an experienced EBS Finance Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS Finance modules and a proven track record of implementing and supporting financial systems. This role involves working closely with clients to enhance their finance processes and ensure seamless integration with their existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their finance processes and requirements.
- Implement and configure Oracle EBS Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of EBS Finance applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on EBS Finance functionalities.
- Assist in data migration and integration tasks with existing systems and EBS.
- Prepare documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance implementation and support.
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Proficient in Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Experience with SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of finance-related business processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
