Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Manager to manage daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, ensure cleanliness standards, and coordinate absenteeism replacements at assigned sites across Bihar and Jharkhand.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, organised, and capable of managing people and daily operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Staff Management

- Manage and coordinate housekeeping and sanitation staff.
- Allocate daily duties and ensure staff report on time.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and work performance.
- Guide staff and ensure proper implementation of cleaning procedures.

2. Absenteeism & Replacement

- Monitor daily staff attendance.
- Arrange timely replacements for absent staff to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate with the operations team for additional manpower when required.
- Maintain accurate attendance and replacement records.

3. Cleanliness & Hygiene

- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained as per GRINISTA standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of classrooms, offices, washrooms, corridors, and other assigned areas.
- Identify cleanliness gaps and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables.

4. Ongoing Deep Cleaning

- Plan and coordinate ongoing deep cleaning activities.
- Ensure deep cleaning of washrooms, floors, windows, high-touch areas, and other required spaces.
- Maintain a schedule for periodic cleaning activities.
- Monitor the quality of deep cleaning and ensure pending work is completed.





5. Waste Management

- Ensure proper waste collection, segregation, and disposal practices.
- Monitor the availability and correct use of waste bins.
- Ensure waste management measures are followed by staff and site users.
- Identify opportunities to improve cleanliness, segregation, and recycling practices.

6. Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain daily attendance, cleaning, and work records.
- Share regular updates and reports with the operations team.
- Coordinate with the client representative regarding site requirements and complaints.
- Escalate operational issues, staff shortages, and material requirements promptly.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of MS Excel for attendance and reporting.
- Basic understanding of Canva for creating simple reports, notices, or visual materials.
- Basic understanding of email communication.
- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Ability to organise daily work and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Basic understanding of housekeeping, sanitation, and waste management practices.

Eligibility

- Education: 12th pass or graduate preferred.
- Experience: Experience in housekeeping, facility management, sanitation, or site supervision preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and management skills may also be considered.
- Willingness to work at assigned sites across Bihar and Jharkhand.

Compensation
