Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with 2–4 years of experience to improve the online visibility, organic rankings, traffic, and lead generation of our IT services and client websites.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools, along with an understanding of websites, mobile applications, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies for company and client websites.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Perform On-Page SEO, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, content optimization, and URL structure.
- Handle Off-Page SEO, including link building, guest posting, directory submissions, and other relevant activities.
- Conduct Technical SEO audits and identify issues related to website speed, indexing, crawling, mobile responsiveness, broken links, sitemap, robots.txt, etc.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and overall SEO performance.
- Work with the Content, Development,



and Digital Marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Create and manage SEO reports using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Support SEO strategies for domestic and international markets.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic visibility, website traffic, conversions, and lead generation.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO.
- Proficiency in Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis.
- Experience with Google Analytics & Google Search Console.
- Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and technical SEO.
- Good understanding of SEO content optimization and keyword mapping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred

- Experience in an IT Services / SaaS / Technology / Digital Marketing company.
- Experience working on international SEO projects.
- Understanding of SEO for website design, mobile applications, and technology-related businesses.
- Proven track record of improving organic rankings, traffic, or leads.
