Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth functioning of production lines, solar module manufacturing machines, and utility equipment by performing timely maintenance and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery (e.g., solar panel assembly lines, laminators, stringers, etc.)
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and utilities (compressors, electrical panels, etc.)
- Monitor equipment performance and reduce downtime
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Maintain maintenance logs and reports in the system
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for efficient operations
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or solar industry
- Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and maintenance practices
- Basic knowledge of PLCs and electrical systems preferred
- Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
