About The Executive Centre
The Executive Centre (TEC) is a premium flexible workspace provider with over 260 Centres across 38 cities and 15 markets. Present across Greater China, Southeast Asia, North Asia, India, Sri Lanka, the Middle East, and Australia, TEC serves over 60,000 Members and maintains an NPS of 72. In India, TEC operates across Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Pune.
The Role
This is a newly created role, built to raise TEC's profile across India's enterprise, real estate, and business leadership communities through a curated annual events programme and sustained community engagement.
The Events and Engagement Manager will own end-to-end planning and execution of TEC India's events calendar -- from flagship national ceremonies to city-level relationship dinners and broker networking sessions. The role sits within the India marketing team and works closely with City Directors, Business Development, and the broader regional marketing function.
This is a delivery-focused role that requires strong commercial instinct, a high standard of stakeholder management, and the operational discipline to run multiple events simultaneously across multiple cities.
Key Responsibilities
Flagship Events
- Lead all planning and execution for the TEC India Clients & brokers engagement events: venue selection, production management, media co-brand opportunities, judging logistics, guest experience, and post-event coverage.
- Own the TEC Cricket/ Padel Invitational from concept to execution: court bookings, branded player kits, tournament format, sundowner hospitality, and social content output.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and track budget against actuals for all Tier 1 events.
City-Level Programme
- Coordinate Executive Series quarterly across cities: guest list curation with City Directors, venue selection,
thematic programming, and printed collateral.
- Run the IPC Networking programme across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai -- managing venue relationships, guest outreach, and consistent delivery standards.
- Maintain a city-level events calendar and ensure consistent execution quality regardless of city.
Community and Visibility
- Manage The Executive League programme between internal and external clients (E.g.Fantasy Premier League) nationally: invite list management, city coordinators, WhatsApp group administration, and match screening logistics at anchor venues.
- Identify and evaluate additional sponsorship and visibility opportunities aligned to TEC's positioning and target audience.
- Represent TEC at relevant industry and community forums, building relationships that support TEC's market presence in India.
- Conceptualise and execute brand activation initiatives that bring TEC's positioning to life at key moments including centre openings, market entries, and milestone campaigns.
Stakeholder and Community Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with IPC firms (JLL, CBRE, Knight Frank, Colliers), landlords, developers, and enterprise prospects as part of ongoing programme engagement.
- Work with media contacts (Economic Times, Mint, Business Standard and equivalents) on co-branded event opportunities and earned coverage.
- Support City Directors with local event delivery and stakeholder mapping across all India markets.
Planning and Reporting
- Maintain a master India events tracker covering budget, dates, guest lists, and outcomes.
- Produce post-event summaries covering attendance, coverage, leads generated, and qualitative feedback.
- Report into the Regional Marketing Manager, India with monthly progress updates.
What We Are Looking For
- 5 to 8 years of experience in events, community, or marketing roles, ideally within premium hospitality, real estate, skilled services, or B2B environments.
- Experience in brand activation and experiential marketing, with the ability to translate brand positioning into on-ground execution.
- Proven track record of independently managing high-value events from brief to delivery.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of B2B relationship dynamics -- particularly broker, developer, and enterprise client communities.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across cities simultaneously.
- Polished communicator and relationship builder, comfortable operating with senior stakeholders and C-suite guests.
- Willingness to travel across TEC's India cities as required.
- Experience working with agencies, AV vendors, hotels, and hospitality suppliers.
- Familiarity with India's commercial real estate landscape is an advantage, not a prerequisite.
What Success Looks Like
At 12 months, the Events and Engagement Manager will have:
- Delivered the inaugural TEC India Awards and TEC Padel Invitational to a high standard, with measurable media coverage and positive stakeholder feedback.
- Established a consistent quarterly TEC Table programme in at least three cities.
- Built an active IPC Networking Breakfast cadence in all major India markets.
- Created a working national events calendar with clear budget tracking and post-event reporting.
- Strengthened TEC's visibility among landlords, brokers, and enterprise contacts across India.
