Responsibilities
- Handling shift activities of Div. A (Mixing, Extruder, Calendaring, Dip-Unit)
- Manpower arrangement and manning contracted manpower
- Tyre and compounding knowledge
- Manpower handling, counselling people for valuable results
- Achieving production, scrap, and other targets
- Fillup Production, Delay and manpower entry in SAP.
- Calculation of Efficiency and other reports as required.

Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ production/ industrial Engineering.
