Role Description:

The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of electrical distribution panels and related products through inspections, testing, and documentation of results. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing technical drawings and specifications, performing in-process and final quality checks, identifying non-conformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with production and engineering teams. The role involves preparing and maintaining quality records,



supporting internal and external audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reduce defects, and meet customer and regulatory requirements. The engineer will also assist in developing and implementing quality standards and procedures aligned with company and industry best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, Gujarat.

Qualifications:

- Robust foundation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with experience in inspection, testing, and defect analysis.
- Proficiency in Quality Management practices, including setting standards, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting technical data, identifying root causes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams, and to report quality findings clearly.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in electrical panels or industrial electrical solutions is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple inspections and tasks.
