Job Description

- Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems and procedures within the warehouse setting
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with warehouse managers and supervisors to identify areas for improvement in processes and implement corrective actions
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate warehouse performance related to quality metrics
- Lead investigations into quality issues, non-conformances, or customer complaints, and implement preventive measures to mitigate future occurrences
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality processes with inventory management, shipping, and receiving
- Develop and deliver training programs to warehouse staff on quality procedures, best practices, and compliance requirements
- Analyze data and generate reports to track quality performance, trends, and areas needing improvement
- Champion a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the warehouse
