The role

We're hiring a general-purpose problem solver to work across our image, video, and audio generation products. Two core responsibilities:

1. Product quality:



Own the bar for what ships to customers across our AI workflows. If it's not good enough, it doesn't go out.

2. Automation: Build AI agents that automate workflows across the company — customer support, content generation, internal tools, whatever needs doing.

You won't be handed a spec. You'll find problems, figure out where AI can solve them, build the solution, and own it end-to-end — work with our research team to train optimize and tune models for specific usecases, creative pipelines and workflows, whatever it takes.

Minimal qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering with a strong coding background.

- Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools: Claude Code, Cursor, CLAUDE.md files, etc. If you don't know what these are, this role isn't the right fit.

- Experience with image, video, or audio generation models: specifically training and running inference in PyTorch.
