Must-Have

- Hands-on experience with Service Now Service Portal
- Strong expertise in AngularJS (1.x) in Service Now context.
- Experience developing Service Portal Widgets and custom UI components.
- Working knowledge of Service Now scripting:
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- Script Includes
- Glide Ajax
- Familiarity with ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge).
- Experience integrating front-end components with backend data via REST APIs .
- Positive understanding of browser compatibility, performance optimization, and security .

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop,



and customize Service Now Service Portal using AngularJS .
- Customize Service Cat Log items, Record Producers, and portal forms to support ITSM/ESM use cases.
- Ensure portal design aligns with ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge).
- Optimize portal performance, reusability, and maintainability of AngularJS components.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate wireframes into functional portal designs.
- Support portal-related issues in Production and participate in root cause analysis.
- Adhere to Service Now SDLC , coding standards, and security/compliance guidelines.
- Document portal designs, configurations, and custom components for audit and operational readiness.
