Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly experienced Dev Ops Engineer with exceptional expertise in AI-enabled Cloud Engineering, Observability, Operational Intelligence, and AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 8+ years of enterprise-level Devops experience, with a focus on building cutting-edge AI-enabled platforms, data-driven automation frameworks, and enterprise-grade AIOps solutions to advance operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and deliver scalable AI-powered Dev Ops solutions for large enterprise platforms to improve MTTR, achieve automated incident resolution, and drive operational excellence
- Develop and optimize MLOps pipelines and model deployment workflows leveraging clustering, topic modeling, and anomaly detection techniques
- Create and automate solutions for Cloud Platforms and Infrastructure with L&T; Vyoma, Terraform, Cloud Formation, and Helm, alongside Python and Shell Scripting
- Drive Kubernetes-based container orchestration and Dev SecOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, Istio, and KEDA deployment strategies
- Ensure seamless ITSM integration for AI-driven operations and automation
- Drive Infrastructure-as-Code practices using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Drive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to ensure high availability and resilience.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).




- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-driven approach.
- Knowledge of Fin Ops and cloud cost optimization strategies
- Integrate security practices into the Dev Ops pipeline, ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Experience with Open Stack, serverless architecture, understanding of Dev SecOps practices and security automation
- Innovation mindset with focus on enterprise impact

Experience & Educational Requirement

BE/B-Tech or equivalent with Computer Science or Electronics & Communication

Certification on Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform are preferred

- IaC Engines: Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, Crossplane,
- Policy as Code: Open Policy Agent, Kyverno
- CI/CD Orchestration: Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD, Jenkins, Dagger
- Observability Stack: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Open Telemetry, Tempo, Mimir, Splunk
- Vulnerability Scanning: Snyk, Sonar Qube, Veracode, OWASP, InsightVM
- Secret Management: Hashi Corp Vault, or Cyber Ark
- AI Security: NeMo Guardrails, Lakera
