About The Role

Looking for an experienced Senior Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to drive business development and client acquisition for the US market. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in international freight forwarding sales, client relationship management, and generating new business for Air & Ocean Freight services. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage new business opportunities in the US market for freight forwarding services. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and LinkedIn. Promote Air Freight, Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), Import & Export, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and Door-to-Door logistics solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and logistics partners. Understand customer shipping requirements and provide customized logistics solutions. Coordinate with the Pricing and Operations teams to prepare competitive quotations. Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable business deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and prepare regular MIS reports.



Work closely with operations to ensure seamless shipment execution and customer satisfaction. Identify market trends and competitor activities to expand business opportunities. Required Skills Strong knowledge of International Freight Forwarding. Experience in Air Freight & Ocean Freight Sales (Export/Import). Valuable understanding of FCL, LCL, DDP, DDU, Incoterms, Customs Clearance, and global logistics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience handling US customers is highly preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset. Salary: No bar for the right candidate. The final offer will be based on the candidate's experience, current CTC, and interview performance.
