Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract talent
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to management
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
