Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Salesforce applications and solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize Salesforce to meet specific client needs using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Perform data migration and integration between Salesforce and other applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Salesforce functionalities.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, customizations, and workflows.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience with Salesforce data management tools and APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce configurations including workflows, approval processes, and security settings.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration techniques and tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs).
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Administrator are a plus.
