We are seeking a Staff Civil Engineer to support national highway infrastructure research programs, including pavement, bridge, and related performance datasets. The position supports engineering and data-related tasks for FHWA highway infrastructure research programs. This role is ideal for early-career engineers seeking to work with nationally significant pavement and bridge datasets.

Responsibilities

- Assist with validation and quality control of infrastructure research data.




- Support analysis of pavement, bridge, and materials performance datasets.
- Work with engineers and analysts to prepare research-ready data.
- Contribute to documentation and technical support activities.
- Contribute to reports, TecBrifs, and other technical documents and engineering deliverables.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (master's preferred).
- 1+ year of experience with a bachelor's degree or entry-level with a master's degree.
- Interest in infrastructure research, data analysis, and engineering applications.
- Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.
