Job Summary

Novodex is looking for an energetic and result-oriented *Field Sales Executive* with experience in *IT Sales*. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new leads and identify potential customers through field visits and other sales channels.

* Promote and sell the company's IT products/services to prospective clients.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

* Maintain regular reports of sales activities, leads, meetings, and conversions.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.





* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

* *2–3 years of relevant experience in IT Sales / Field Sales is mandatory.*

* *Male candidates only.*

* Candidates should be comfortable with extensive *field visits and client meetings*.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Good convincing and relationship-building abilities.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Must be available for *immediate joining*.

* *Age:* 25–28 years.

Compensation & Benefits

* *Salary:* ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

* *Petrol Allowance:* ₹5,000 per month

* Additional benefits as per company policy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in *IT Sales, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Software Sales, Technology Sales, or Field Sales* will be preferred.
