Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to handle bulk hiring requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, shortlisting suitable profiles, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle bulk recruitment for multiple positions across different processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to assess communication, experience, skills, and suitability.
- Explain job roles, salary, shift timings, location, and other employment details to candidates.
- Schedule interviews with clients / hiring managers and coordinate candidate availability.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates to ensure interview attendance and joining.




- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, interview, selection, and joining targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing bulk hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with the HR / recruitment team to ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate / HSC candidates can apply.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in BPO, bulk hiring, telesales recruitment, staffing, or volume hiring will be an advantage.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate handling and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of recruitment calls.
- Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, job portals, and recruitment processes.
