Eligibility Criteria
- Sales background (except General Insurance)
- Minimum 2 years in the current organization
- Average tenure should be at least 2 years
- Strong network for agent recruitment
- Age up to 45 years
- CTC up to ₹5.25 LPA
- Profiles expecting higher CTC more than 5.25 LPA will be considered only if they possess:
- Minimum 2 years of Life Insurance Agency experience
- Strong performance record
- High incentive earnings
- Good promotions and achievements
- Robust agent base
- Must be a local candidate residing within 15 km of Dalhousie Branch
