Key Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using CAD software

Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

Perform design calculations, simulations, and tolerance analysis

Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to ensure design feasibility

Participate in design reviews and implement improvements based on feedback

Support prototyping, testing, and validation processes

Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and safety regulations

Maintain accurate documentation throughout the design lifecycle

Stay updated with the latest engineering tools, technologies, and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

5-7 years of experience in mechanical design and product development

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar)

Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T;

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
