Role: Process Trainer International Voice Process Location: Multiple (International Process) Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years of process training/teaching experience in back-office or voice operations Qualification: Graduation is mandatory Shift: Rotational shift with rotational offs Salary: Up to 6 LPA Preferred: Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Recent Hire Training (NHT) and refresher sessions for associates.
- Develop and implement client-specific training programs and SOPs.
- Review and update existing training materials; create new content when required.
- Facilitate role-playing, certification, and remediation sessions.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to identify training gaps and resolve discrepancies.




- Prepare training plans, reports, and dashboards for management review.
- Support HR and management in the selection process of candidates when needed.

- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
- Excellent time management and customer service orientation .
- Ability to motivate and engage teams effectively.
