Job Description:

We are in search of a seasoned IT Administrator to oversee the maintenance, enhancement, and management of our software, hardware, and cloud infrastructure. This role demands a high level of resourcefulness, as you will be tasked with swiftly diagnosing and resolving issues. - Provide comprehensive user support services for PC and Mac platforms, video conference equipment, printers / copiers, phone systems, and general IT hardware / software.
- Provide technical support to employees, partners & customers.
- Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, cloud & hardware.
- Perform technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting for supported desktop / servers in response to helpdesk tickets, including failures and full system outages.
- Maintain asset inventory and collaborate with external suppliers for potential orders / equipment.
- Setup accounts and work stations.
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation,



manuals and IT policies.
- Perform server administration tasks (ex: user / group, security permissions, group policies, print services); research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure that systems architecture components work together seamlessly.
- Monitor data-center health using existing management tools, and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers when needed.
- Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.

PLUS TO HAVE:

- Understanding of financial markets & financial technologies.
- Work experience in the financial services industry.
- Hands-on experience with trading platforms, especially with MT4 / MT5/c Trader.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Min 5+years of working experience as an IT administrator in the information technology sector
- Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, systems performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching
- Basic knowledge of network security and data protection practices.

- Complete knowledge of various IT systems and networks
