We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Consultant with expertise in configuration, customization, and integration within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, deployment strategies, and DevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Platform Proficiency

- Configuration: Utilize declarative tools such as Workflows, Process Builder, and Flows for automating business processes.
- Customization: Develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Integration: Work with APIs, external data sources, and middleware to ensure seamless system connectivity.

Development & Deployment

- Development Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices.
- Migration & Deployment: Utilize DevOps tools for smooth deployment of Salesforce components (metadata migration, CI/CD pipelines).
- Platform Optimization: Identify and implement automation or enhancements to improve performance.

Debugging & Problem-Solving

- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.




- Maintain a high level of accuracy in configurations and code implementations.

Collaboration & Communication

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, designers, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Interpersonal Skills: Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work effectively in Agile teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

✅ Experience working with Jira, GitHub, and DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, version control)

Salesforce Certifications:

✅ Required:

- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Platform App Builder

✅ Preferred:

- Platform Developer I (PD1)
- Platform Developer II (PD2)

Bonus Skills:

- Experience with automation tools to optimize workflows and platform performance
- Familiarity with task tracking tools like Jira and version control tools like GitHub
