- Deliver labor associated with custom scoped Statements of Work to F5 customers.
- Provide technical responsibilities that may include, but are not limited to, problem identification, systems architecture definition, hardware/software specification, design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment.
- Effectively lead and deliver technical workshops
- Manage customer interaction and engagement, including documentation and follow-up.
- Maintain expert level proficiency of F5 products and technologies through self-directed and formal training.
- Demonstrate ability to become trusted advisor within customer environment.
- Demonstrate control of engagement and develop customer confidence in F5's ability to resolve critical issues in a timely and effective manner

What you will bring:

- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on architecture and design of Application Delivery and Security solutions.
- Experience working with Linux, Unix and Windows, Cloud environments
- Experience with network protocols and theory (TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, MAC addresses, IP packets, DNS, and load balancing, etc.)




- Positive understanding of HTTP protocol and related technologies
- Experience with network, security solutions, and technologies leading security solutions
- Experience with public cloudsAmazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure
- Experience with virtualized and containerized environmentsKubernetes and Docker
- Experience with Configuration Management and Infrastructure as CodeTerraform, Ansible, Jenkins
- Experience with Scripting or development skillsPython, Ruby, Shell etc.
- Working knowledge in F5 products and technologies is a plus
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently as well as prevalent local language.

- Ability to articulate and transfer complex ideas to a wide audience through both verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated strong written communication, presentation writing, and technical documentation skills.
- Should be hands-on and be able to perform the role independently.
- Demonstrable experience to work as part of a team of engineers and to deliver one or several projects simultaneously.
