Position: D365 Finance & Operations – SCM Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced D365 SCM Functional Consultant with solid product knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) across implementation, enhancements, production support, and ticket management.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and translate them into D365 SCM functional solutions.
- Configure and support D365 F&O; SCM modules and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Handle L2/L3 production support tickets, issue analysis, prioritization, and resolution.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and document solutions for recurring issues.
- Manage tickets through investigation, resolution, user communication, and closure.
- Participate in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, enhancements, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend standard D365 functionality.
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, process documentation, and user guides.




- Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, reports, and data migration.
- Conduct requirement workshops, product demonstrations, user training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Support D365 upgrades, releases, and continuous process improvements.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
