- Education: Must have a computer engineering degree, along with Technical Writing capability.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, PHP, Typescript HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Experience with APIs, SDKs, and developer-facing documentation is preferred.
- Writing Skills: Exceptional ability to write clearly and concisely for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Research Skills: Ability to gather and synthesise information from various sources, including interviews with SMEs.
- Attention to Detail: Robust editing and proofreading skills to ensure documentation accuracy.
- Domain knowledge in Content and Commerce would have added advantage
